With extensive experience throughout the basketball industry, Nima has developed relationships with athletes, coaches, colleges, professional organizations, and business partners across the United States and internationally. His leadership is centered on creating opportunities, building lasting partnerships, and helping athletes and organizations achieve long-term success.

Mark Gottfried
Few coaches in college basketball possess the experience and pedigree of Mark Gottfried. A former head coach at both the University of Alabama Basketball and NC State Basketball, Gottfried led his programs to multiple NCAA Tournament appearances, including an Elite Eight at Alabama and Sweet 16 runs at both schools, while compiling more than 430 career victories as a Division I head coach. He also spent time in the NBA as a scout and assistant with the Dallas Mavericks and has built a reputation as one of the game's premier talent evaluators and relationship builders.
As a strategic advisor to Worldwide Hoops, Coach Gottfried will assist in all aspects of college placement, roster construction, and program consultation, providing clients and partner programs with invaluable insight gained from decades of experience at the highest levels of college and professional basketball. His extensive network, proven eye for talent, and understanding of team building make him an invaluable resource in helping players and programs maximize their opportunities and achieve their goals.

Frank Simpson
Frank Simpson serves as Director of Client Development & Career Strategy for Worldwide Hoops, helping clients achieve financial stability, professional growth, and long-term success beyond basketball. A former Division I basketball player at Marshall University and former head coach at Don Bosco Cristo Rey High School in the prestigious Washington Catholic Athletic Conference (WCAC), Frank understands the opportunities and challenges athletes face throughout—and after—their playing careers.
A fiduciary advisor and early advocate in the NIL era of college athletics, Frank has managed portfolios for several NBA and NFL players. Before founding The Simpson Firm, he advised clients at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and worked alongside several Fortune 100 companies. As President of The Simpson Firm, Frank helps individuals, families, and business owners make informed financial decisions through strategic planning, tax-efficient strategies, financial education, and transparent communication.

David E. Clark, Jr. is a veteran basketball coach, mentor, and player development professional with more than 30 years of experience helping student-athletes maximize their opportunities. As the founder of the We Are D3 Sports Agency and a FIBA Certified Agent, Dave has built a reputation for advocating for the often-overlooked talent found throughout small college basketball.
Through a strategic partnership with Worldwide Hoops, Dave continues to operate his own agency while collaborating to create pathways for players and programs within the small college space. He will serve as Worldwide Hoops' primary conduit for small college placement services and player enrollment opportunities, helping connect athletes with collegiate and professional opportunities around the world.

Adrian Joseph
Director of Caribbean Basketball
Adrian Joseph
Adrian Joseph is a basketball executive and former professional and NCAA Division I athlete who has spent the past decade building basketball infrastructure across the Caribbean. He is the Founder and President of the Advanced Genetics Sports and Cultural Club and Managing Director of the Caribbean Basketball Association, where he has led player and coach development initiatives reaching more than 1,000 youth across Trinidad and Tobago. A former team captain and ACC Regular Season Champion at the University of Virginia, Adrian went on to compete professionally across Europe, Mexico, Qatar, and the Caribbean, and represented Trinidad and Tobago at the 2022 Commonwealth Games and in FIBA 3x3 competition.
Through a strategic partnership with Worldwide Hoops, Adrian serves as the organization's primary point of contact for basketball development, player identification, and placement opportunities across the Caribbean, helping connect athletes and programs throughout the region to collegiate and professional opportunities abroad.

Sadao Imakura
Sadao Imakura serves as the Director of Japanese Basketball for Worldwide Hoops, where he leads the agency’s efforts to identify and develop both men’s and women’s basketball talent from Japan for opportunities in the United States collegiate system. Leveraging his extensive knowledge of the Japanese basketball landscape and strong relationships throughout the region, Sadao also plays a key role in assisting Worldwide Hoops’ professional clients in securing playing opportunities across Asia’s top professional leagues.
His passion for connecting athletes with life-changing opportunities and his commitment to building meaningful international relationships make him an invaluable resource for players, coaches, and organizations seeking to bridge the gap between Asia and North American basketball.
