2005-06 (JUNIOR COLLEGE): As a sophomore at Northwest Mississippi Community College, Banks was an All-State and All-Region XXIII selection and Second-Team All-American who led his team to a NJCAA Tournament and a final ranking of second nationally...averaged 19.8 points per game and a 4.3 rebounds per game.

2004-05 (JUNIOR COLLEGE): Averaged 15 points, 2.7 rebounds and 2.1 assists for the Rangers...connected on 74-percent of his attempts from the free throw line...part of a Ranger team that finished as the Region XXIII, MACJC, and MACJC-North champions...the Rangers also advanced to the NJCAA Sweet 16 and finished the year ranked seventh in the final poll.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was an All-State selection, three-time Memphis Best of preps, and three-time All-district performer as a senior at Memphis Trezevant and a two9-time all-Shelby mtro player... averaged 22.8 points per game as a senior, 21.5 as a junior, and 14.8 as a sophomore.
