2008-09: Angers BC 49 (FRA-N1): 2007-08: Angers BC 49 (FRA-N1): Named Eurobasket.com All-French N1 Import Player of the Year, All-French N1 1st Team, and French N1 All-Imports Team... he finished the season averaging 17.0 ppg, 6.3 rpg, 2.0 apg, and 2.0 spg... finished the year in the Top 10 in scoring (#5th), Top 10 in steals (#6th), and in the Top 25 in rebounding... named the the All-Star team. 2006-07: Geneva Devils (Swiss LNA): Started 20 of 20 games for the Geneva Devils in the LNA Swiss League... averaged 20.8 ppg and was ranked 5th in the league in scoring... Swiss Cup seminfinalst and led Geneva to the semifinals of the league championship playoffs. 2005-06: UCC Demons (Irish Superleague): Michael led the Mardyke UCC Demons of the Irish Superleague to a Conference Championship and the Irish Cup Championship... finished the 2005-06 season averaging 26.5 ppg and 8.5 rpg while shooting 62.5% from the field. He was among the league leaders in all three categories… named to play in the 2006 Irish Superleague All-Star Game.
2004-05 (SENIOR): A 2nd Team All-CAA Conference performer in 2005, Michael finished his senior season averaging 14.9 ppg and 3.9 rpg for Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). 2003-04 (JUNIOR): Third on the team in scoring (11.2 ppg)…Scored in double figures in 19 games and VCU was 15-4 in those contests…Led team in scoring four times…Seventh in CAA in field goal percentage (.470)…Third on team with 39 three-pointers…Scored career-high 20 points at Old Dominion (Jan. 21), including 16 in the second half…Scored 14 of VCU's final 22 points against the Monarchs…Had 15 points against Wake Forest (Mar. 18) in NCAA Tournament…Tallied 19 points with six rebounds in home win vs. Towson (Jan. 28)…Had 18 points in career-high 38 minutes against Western Kentucky (Nov. 25)…Canned 17 points in first collegiate start against Iona (Nov. 21)…Scored 12 points and had career-high nine rebounds in win at Drexel (Jan. 24)…Had game-winning assist at Drexel with length-of-the-floor pass to Jesse Pellot-Rosa… Had seven points and seven rebounds in CAA title game vs. George Mason (Mar. 8)…Was fourth on team with 50 assists. 2002-03 (SOPHOMORE): Played in 22 games and provided an immediate spark off the bench on both ends of the floor...Was forced to miss the first six games per NCAA transfer rules...Averaged 6.6 points and 3.3 rebounds in just 360 minutes played (16.4/gm.) for the season...Finished ninth among CAA players in blocked shots (0.8 bpg.)...Led the Rams with a 42.4 percent (14-33) accuracy from three-point range and his 49 percent (51-104) overall field goal percentage was second-best among Ram players...Made 30 of 36 (.833) foul shots during the year..Also ranked fourth on the squad with 20 steals and 18 blocked shots...Reached double-figure points in eight of the final 12 games...Averaged 12 points and 4.9 rebounds over a seven-game stretch vs. CAA opponents from Jan. 25-Feb. 15...Amassed career-highs of 15 points and eight rebounds in VCU's win over James Madison in the CAA tournament quarterfinals (Mar. 8)...Compiled 14 points, six rebounds, a career-high four assists and drained a personal-best four three-pointers in a victory at Old Dominion (Feb. 1)...Connected on eight-of-nine free-throw attempts in a 13-point effort vs. rival George Mason (Feb. 8). 2001-02: Sat out the season in accordance with NCAA transfer requirements after arriving at VCU for the spring semester. 2000-01/Freshman (at Wright State): Competed in 18 games as a freshman, with averages of 2.8 points and 1.4 rebounds per contest...Finished the year 21 of 32 (.656) from the floor and blocked nine shots as well...Tallied season-highs of 11 points and 22 minutes at Illinois-Chicago (Feb. 22)...Had six points and four rebounds in just 13 minutes off the bench vs. Butler in the Midwest Collegiate Conference tournament semifinals (Mar. 4)...Had a pair of seven-point efforts against Greenville and High Point. PERSONAL: A first team All-Central District and honorable mention Group AAA All-State performer for the Monarchs during his senior year...Averaged 19 points, 7.3 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 2.2 steals and 2.1 blocks while shooting 59 percent for his final scholastic season...Also named the Most Valuable Player of the 2000 Central District tournament...Averaged 13.5 points, 7.5 rebounds and 2.4 blocks while shooting 56 percent from the floor as a junior to receive second team all-district honors… Majored in criminal justice...Born March 15, 1982.
