2007-08 (SENIOR): Mountain State (NAIA): Named 1st team NAIA All-America... averaged 23.5 ppg, 4.6 rpg, 2.2 apg in 37 games this season... his 23.5 points per game was 2nd most in the nation... led Mountain State to the NAIA national championship game vs. Oklahoma City University... scored a season high 42 points against Union University on Dec. 1, 2007.

2006-07 (JUNIOR): Wyoming University: Started all 32 games for the Cowboys and averaged 10.5 points per game and 3.8 rebounds per game... was the team's 3rd leading scorer... he shot 48.6 % from the field and 39.0% from the three point line.

JUNIOR COLLEGE: He averaged 13.9 points, 4.9 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 2.1 steals per game last year as a sophomore at L.A. City. Spencer earned Second Team All-Conference honors at the conclusion of his sophomore season, and was an Honorable Mention All-State selection by JCHoops.com. He helped lead L.A. City College to 32-4 record his sophomore season. L.A. City entered the California Community College State Tournament as the No. 2 seed from southern California after winning its Regional Championship over Moorpark, 101-78. In the regional championship, Spencer scored 14 points and grabbed three rebounds. The Cubs fell in the first round of the state tournament to City College of San Francisco, the No. 3 seed from northern California. Spencer scored 23 points in the state tournament game to lead the Cubs in scoring. He ranked fifth among all California junior college players in field-goal percentage, shooting 60.6 percent (214 of 353 field goals) from the field. He also ranked 12th in steals in the state, averaging 2.1 per game. He led L.A. City in both field-goal percentage and steals. While he didn't attempt a large number of three-point field goals, he did shoot a team high 45.9 percent (28 of 61) from the arc. Spencer was the iron man for L.A. City, as he led the team in minutes played, averaging 30.8 minutes per game. His 13.9 scoring average was third best on the L.A. City team. His season scoring high was 26 points. Spencer was named a team captain at L.A. City where he played for head coach Michael Miller.

HIGH SCHOOL/PERSONAL: Born Aug. 6, 1984, Spencer played his high school basketball at Stoneridge Prep in Tarzana, Calif. His senior season, Spencer averaged 37 points, nine rebounds and eight assists, while leading Stoneridge to a 36-1 record and the State Championship. He scored a single-game high 52 points his senior season. His junior season, Stoneridge posted a 33-4 record and were runners-up for the state title. Spencer averaged 33 points, five rebounds and four assists his junior season. Spencer was an All-State selection both his junior and senior seasons, and was also elected a team captain both seasons.
