2007-08 (SENIOR): Named 3rd team All-Conference… Led UMBC to its 1st NCAA Tournament berth and America East Championship... received the 2008 Male America East Conference Sportmanship Award... he hit 61.2 percent from the floor in that stretch and averaged 14 points per game... capped the season by posting double-doubles in UMBC’s final two games, including a season-high 24 point effort at Hartford... Johnson was second in the conference in blocked shots and he finished the year ranked 24th in the nation (2.3 per game). 2005-06 (JMU): Competed in seven games at JMU and was the Dukes’ leading scorer (13.4) and rebounder (7.9)… opened the season with a 14-point, seven-rebound effort in a seven-point loss to Georgetown… posted a double-double with 11 points and 11 caroms vs. VMI… hit 10 of 15 shots from the floor in a 25-point effort at Youngstown State in his JMU finale… 2004-05 (JMU): Started 26 of 28 games during the 2004-05 season… was the team’s second-leading scorer at 12.4 points per game and led the Dukes with 6.5 rebounds per contest… scored in double figures 19 times… rejected 48 shots, the eighth-highest single season mark in school history… garnered a career-best 15 rebounds vs. Hofstra on Feb. 9, 2005… it was JMU’s first 20-point, 15-rebound game since 1977-78 and first 15-rebound game since 2001-01… three days later, he scored a career-high 30 points vs. Drexel on Feb. 12, 2005… hit 13 of 18 shots from the floor in that game… capped the year with a 28-point performance vs. William & Mary in the CAA Tournament… added seven rebounds and four rejections in that game. 2003-04 (JMU): Played in all 28 games in his freshman season, averaging 4.7 points per contest… hit 17 three-point field goals, the eighth-best figure for a JMU freshman and blocked 22 shots, the fifth-best mark for a first-year Duke player… scored a season-high 16 points vs. Hofstra. HIGH SCHOOL & PERSONAL: Born on March 28, 1985… Declared a major of Interdisciplinary Studies...
