Clifford Hammonds (191-G-85, college: Clemson) became a new member of Banvit.  The American guard penned a one-year deal with his new club.  He heads to Banvit from ASVEL, where he spent last season.  He appeared 35 times in ProA averaging 10.1 points, 3.4 rebounds and 4.1 assists.  Hammonds also added 11.5 ppg, 3.3 rpg and 4.0 apg in 6 EuroCup games.  In Euroleague Qualifying Round, Hammonds collected 9.3 ppg, 2 rpg, 4.8 apg and 1.8 spg.  Before ASVEL, Clifford Hammonds spent one year with Peristeri Athens. He had 12.9 ppg, 3.1 rpg and 3.7 apg for 26 games in Greek league. Hammonds already played in Turkey as a member of Darussafaka and Efes Pilsen. He is a product of the Clemson University, where he graduated three years ago.
