Shane Edwards (201-F-87, college: UALR) will continue his career in Italy.  The American forward signed a deal with Tezenis Verona and it will be his first year overseas.  Edwards spent last season with the NBA D-League team New Mexico Thunderbirds.  In 45 games he averaged 16.7 points, 6.8 rebounds and 1.6 assists.  He participated at the D-League All-Star game and was named Gatorade All-D-League Honorable Mention -11.  During the summer, Edwards worked out with the San Antonio Spurs and Chicago Bulls.  Season 2009/10, Shane Edwards spent with Albuquerque Thunderbirds and for 39 games that season Edwards had 12.7 ppg and 5.3 rpg.  He graduated at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2009.
