Lille of Pro B France agreed terms with Andre Harris (201-F/C-85, college: Fairleigh Dickinson).  The 24-year old Harris arrives from Saint-Etienne (France-NM1), where he played last season, averaged 18.4 ppg & 6.5 rpg, and was named Eurobasket.com NM1 Honorable Mention.  In 2008-09, Harris split between two Israeli teams: Hapoel Afula and Hapoel Kiryat Tivon where he was among the league’s leading scorers (25.4 ppg).  In the 2007-08 season, he was a member of West Brabant Giants in Holland’s top league.  Harris appeared 40 times in Dutch Eredivisie averaging 14.6 points and 6.0 rebounds.  He is a product of Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he graduated in 2007 and as a senior season, he averaged 18.8 ppg and 7.5 rpg.
